Royal Mail Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been cleared.
Standard UK Delivery – Tracked 48
Tracked 48 delivery via Royal Mail includes full tracking. According to Royal Mail, deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 working days from the dispatch date. However, due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, delays may occur.
Tracked 24 Delivery (UK Only)
Tracked 24 delivery via Royal Mail provides full tracking. Deliveries are usually completed within 1-2 working days from the dispatch date. Please note that Royal Mail strikes may impact delivery times.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 11 AM, Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
NB: Working days do not include Saturday & Sunday
We ship orders via Royal Mail, which provides an estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may sometimes occur, especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail, and we cannot be held accountable for any delays beyond our control.
International Deliveries
We ship all international orders via Royal Mail tracked standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–14 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please be aware that customs processing in your country may cause delays, which are outside of our control.
In rare cases, parcels may be returned to us if they are not claimed by the recipient at the provided address. Should this occur, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the parcel resent.
Customs
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs will not be refunded. If a parcel is held by UK Customs and a charge is applied, we will not pay the fees. The package will be refused and returned to the customer. Please note that we cannot, under any circumstances, pay customs duties to retrieve our items.
Made-to-Order Items
For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for processing and dispatch.
In rare cases, made-to-order abayas may take slightly longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons, such as Ramadan. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you accordingly.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.
Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate, as we cannot be held liable for any costs, delays, or lost packages resulting from address errors.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed; however, cancellation is not guaranteed. This depends on whether the order has already been processed and dispatched before our team reads your email.
We prioritize fast and efficient service, so orders are often processed quickly. Even if you email us before receiving a shipping confirmation, your order may already be in progress and too late to cancel. If we receive your cancellation request before processing begins, we will notify you and issue a refund.
For Made-to-Order Abayas, all sales are final, and cancellations cannot be accommodated, as these orders go directly into production.
