DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we are working on expanding our shipping services, and we plan to offer worldwide shipping in the near future. Stay tuned for updates by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT?

No need to worry! if your order has not been dispatched, we can update the shipping address. Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct address.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM THAT MY PURCHASE WAS SUCCESSFUL?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, please contact our customer service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Estimated delivery is 2-4 working days from dispatch. However, once shipped, Royalmail is responsible for delivery, and we cannot control their delivery time.

DO OUT OF STOCK ITEMS GET RESTOCKED?

If an item is out of stock, we will make efforts to restock it as quickly as possible. If restocking isn't possible, the item will be removed from the website.

I MISSED MY DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?

Royal Mail will only deliver to the specified address and will not leave the item with a neighbor. If no one is available to accept the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and provide instructions for rescheduling delivery on another day.

You will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address is provided during checkout. SN Couture will not be held responsible if an incorrect address is entered and the item is not received.
